  1. Mike Spoon Says:

This brand new book looks good, especially since Ze’ev is involved. They’ve also enlisted the help of Gene Roberts and Anne Marie Kuijpers-Jagtman (see chapters and authors at http://media.wiley.com/product_data/excerpt/03/14051769/1405176903-1.pdf). The first chapter (see here http://media.wiley.com/product_data/excerpt/03/14051769/1405176903.pdf) looks richly illustrated.
They probably don’t have some of the latest development, like that coming out of Gooneverdene’s lab in Perth, but that’s because of the lag time in publishing textbooks.
Still, I’ll plan on buying this book.

  2. Leonard Fishman Says:

I am not familiar with the book but it appears to have a lot of basic science information that is relative to clinical orthodontics. Our program here is not real strong regarding the basic science information so it probably would be a good idea to have this information available.

Updated info on the biochemistry and histology of tooth movement would be welcomed. I would like to see it in the library.
